About Pub Run

Pub Run is a bar golf (pub golf) organizer developed by Pix Studios (package: com.pix.pubrun). It allows users to create bar golf courses, assign drinks and challenges at each stop, compete with friends, share moments, and track scores in real time. By using Pub Run, you agree to these terms in addition to our general terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Pub Run involves alcohol-related content including organizing visits to bars and pubs, and assigning alcoholic drinks at each stop. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this app. By using Pub Run, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user does not meet the minimum age, we will terminate their account immediately.

Account

Pub Run requires a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your profile information (username, display name, photo) is not misleading, offensive, or impersonating another person

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

User-Generated Content

You may create content within Pub Run, including bar golf courses, templates, game sessions, feed posts (photos and videos), and profile information. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any content you create or share
• Your content will not include anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• You will not upload media (photos or videos) that contain nudity, violence, hate speech, or illegal content
• You will not use the app to harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Pix Studios may remove any content that violates these terms without notice

Feed & Media

Pub Run allows you to upload photos and videos to a social feed visible to other users. When uploading media:

• Photos must not exceed 20 MB in file size
• Videos must not exceed 60 seconds in duration
• You must own or have the right to share any media you upload
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded media does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You can delete your own posts at any time

Pix Studios does not actively monitor all uploaded content but reserves the right to remove any media that violates these terms.

Responsible Use & Safety

Pub Run is designed for entertainment purposes. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Drink responsibly — Pub Run does not encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption. You are solely responsible for your own alcohol intake and behavior
• Know your limits — Do not feel pressured to consume alcohol beyond your comfort level. You can always skip a drink or challenge
• Plan safe transport — Never drink and drive. Arrange a designated driver, taxi, or rideshare before starting a bar golf event
• Follow local laws — Obey all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption, public behavior, and minimum drinking age in your area
• Respect venues — Follow the rules of each bar or pub you visit. Establishments reserve the right to refuse service

Pix Studios is not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, legal consequences, or any other harm that may result from activities undertaken while using Pub Run. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

Multiplayer & Social Features

Pub Run includes multiplayer and social features. When using these features:

• Your username, profile photo, and scores are visible to other players in your lobbies
• Your location may be shared with other players during active multiplayer games
• You agree to interact respectfully with other users
• You will not exploit or abuse multiplayer features to disrupt other users' experience
• Public lobbies are visible to all users — do not share sensitive personal information in lobby names
• You will not use the bump-to-add feature or lobby invites to spam or harass other users

Location Services

Pub Run uses your device's location for bar search (via Google Places), the bump-to-add-friends feature, and multiplayer proximity features. Location data is only collected while the app is in the foreground. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though some features may not function without it.

The use of mock or spoofed locations is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Pricing

Pub Run is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but any existing free functionality will remain free.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Pub Run available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app relies on third-party services (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Places) and our own backend infrastructure that may experience downtime. We may also temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

Pub Run, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is the property of Pix Studios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission. User-generated content (courses, posts) remains yours, but by uploading it you grant Pix Studios a non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver it through the app.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may also terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms or our general terms and conditions
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
• Upload prohibited or illegal content
• Are found to be under the minimum age requirement
• Use mock locations or cheating tools

Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pix Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pub Run, including but not limited to damages related to alcohol consumption, personal injury, or loss of data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pub Run after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
